This secret Palmer family recipe has been passed down from generation to generation.  The current recipe holder is our very own Managing Director, Megan Palmer Rivera.

Every Christmas, Megan hand makes this Fruit Cake with the help of her 2 beautiful daughters, Rachel and Emma, and Cindy supervises for quality control 🙂

We can’t tell you the secret ingredients, but we can tell you it’s jam-packed with the finest ingredients – Prunes, Blenheim Apricots, Dates, Golden Raisins, Figs, Warm Spices, Molasses & more!

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America with her Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts Degrees, Megan joined the family business and opened Palmer’s Bakery & Palmer’s Catering.  She is now the Managing Director of Palmer’s Market.  Megan loves cooking & entertaining, dancing, gardening, skiing, and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband.
