We wrote this menu with the season in mind. Start off with a fabulous cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and your choice of stationary table. A beautiful plated first course will greet guests at their table, followed by their choice of entree. For dessert, the options are endless—wedding cake, cupcakes, dessert bars—we do it all!

This Caprese Station features our favorite summer vegetable, the tomato! Heirloom tomatoes in all shapes and colors are sliced to order alongside fresh mozzarella. Top off your crostini with a trip to the Olive Oil, Vinegar & Salt Bars. With 17 different toppings to choose from, your guests will keep coming back to try new flavor combinations.

At this incredible raw bar, silver shell bowls are filled with ice and topped with an incredible selection of fresh seafood. The bar is completely customizable so you can pick which selections you want.
