The selection in this basket is ever-changing, but will include a selection of three cheeses, crackers and biscuits, nuts, snacks, condiments and whatever other goodies we feel you must try!
Jasper Hill Farm (Vermont):
Harbison is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind and wrapped in bark. It is sweet, woodsy and super delicious!
Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company (Cali):
Bay Blue is a rustic-style blue cheese reminiscent of Stilton. It is known for its mellow flavor and sweet, salted-caramel finish.
Kaeserei Vogel (Switzerland):
Wildspitz Bio is a fragrant semi-hard mountain cheese. It gets an interesting twist from the 5% of goat’s milk that is added.
Boat Street Kitchen (Seattle):
Pickled Cherries has taken Bing cherries to the next level by pickling them. Their flavors come out one by one; first the warmth of the spices, then a bright tartness from the vinegar, and at last that cherry sweetness shines in the finish.
