Tellicherry Peppercorns: Tellicherry peppercorns are like San Marzano tomatoes; they must come from Tellicherry, India. They’re considered some of the finest peppercorns in the world and have a sweet, balanced flavor and complex aroma.

Muscovado Sugar: From the African island of Mauritius, it has a fine, moist texture, a high molasses content and is particularly special because it retains much of the flavor of the cane grown on soil rich with volcanic ash. The strong lingering flavor goes well with other rich flavors – as in gingerbread, coffee, chocolate cakes and fudge.

Fleur de Sel de Camargue Fleur de Sel de Camargue (AKA”Caviar of Salt”): This salt is hand raked and harvested in France. The flavor is marvelous in comparison to other salts. Each signature container is sealed with a cork top and signed by the salt raker who harvested it.

Classic French Veal Demi Glace: Made in the old world tradition of Escoffier from brown stock and Sauce Espagnole. Their low-heat cooking techniques and 30-hour reduction process give the demi-glace a beautiful shine, flavor, and texture. Italian OO Organic Flour: The chefs choice for making fresh pasta, bread and pizza.

Katz viognier Honey Vinegar: Agrodolce in Italian means “sweet and sour.” They marry their Wildflower Honey, with late harvest Viognier wine and then are blend them together in oak barrels and slowly ferment into finished Agrodolce vinegar.

La Vecchia Dispensa Balsamic Vinegars: Working just off the historic square in the center of the old town of Castelvetro, southwest of Modena, Italy, they create the most amazing balsamic vinegars. The 8 year balsamic is our favorite everyday vinegar; lush with a patient fruitiness and just a touch of the barrel’s aging beginning to show. We also included their 30th anniversary edition—it’s dense, intense and it coats the interior of the bottle like molasses. The long-lasting taste will leave you deep in reflection; a thimbleful adds complex, sweet depth to sauces or dressings.

Piana degli Ulivi Lemon Extra Virgin Olive: This small artisan producer is from Puglia, Italy. The Olive Oil is produced from ancient olive trees, many of which have been owned by the family since 1700s, and juice from whole crushed fresh lemons is added. This amazing oil is incredible drizzled over fresh fish or even fresh fruit!

Bluegrass Soy Sauce: Micro-brewed in small batches using only whole Kentucky grown Non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and the purest limestone filtered Kentucky spring water. They ferment and age the soybean mash in re-purposed bourbon barrels. It’s smoky and brothy with hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
