Yes, we do accept weekend orders!

Yes! We offer delivery seven days a week through our partner, Uber Direct. Some locations may be outside of Uber’s service range. If you need delivery beyond that area, please call us, and we’ll be happy to see if our in-house delivery team can assist.

Monday events: Order by Friday at 5pm
Tuesday events: Order by Saturday at 2pm
Wednesday events: Order by Monday at 5pm
Thursday events: Order by Tuesday at 5pm
Friday events: Order by Wednesday at 5pm
Saturday events: Order by Thursday at 12pm
Sunday events: Order by Thursday at 5pm

Order changes or cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to your pick-up/delivery time or you will be charged for all food that has been ordered or prepared. If you need to add items onto your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We do not have a minimum order, however some items like our entrees do require a minimum portion count to make that specific item.

Yes we do! We offer Gluten-free (GF), Dairy-Free (DF), Vegetarian (VE), and Vegan (VG) items. Please Note: We are a facility that works with both gluten and dairy. We cannot completely eliminate cross-contamination, although we take all necessary precautions to reduce that risk.

We do have items that do not contain nuts. However, we are not a nut free facility. We use the same equipment and space where items with nuts are produced. We cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination of nuts.

At this time, we do not offer custom-designed cakes or wedding cakes. However, we do offer a variety of pre-designed cakes that are perfect for celebrations and special occasions.

We currently do not accept modifications. However, our sandwiches can be customized to your preference.

The earliest time to pick up your order is 9:00 a.m. and the latest is 7:00 p.m.. If you were looking to pick up your order at a different time or day, please give us a call at 203-655-2077 ext. 1. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

When you arrive at Palmer’s you can proceed directly to the deli at the end of aisle 1. Please note that your order will not be ready until the pick-up time you have selected.

Please note that our production kitchens use ingredients that contain nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, seafood, shellfish and other allergens. If you have made us aware of a food allergy, we will do our best to ensure that all allergy requests are met, however because the same equipment and production space is utilized we cannot 100% guarantee the food is free of the allergen. Your health and safety is of the utmost concern to us, so if you have a severe or life threatening food allergy, we recommend you abstain from eating our products.
