How do I order?

Thank you for ordering with us! You can place order online on our gourmet-to-go website or over the phone if you call 203-655-2077 ext. 1. Our Catering Office is open Monday- Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturdays from 9am – 2pm.

Do you accept weekend orders?

Yes, we do accept weekend orders! Please note our deadline for orders for Friday-Sunday, is the Wednesday before at 5pm.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do offer delivery! We are available for delivery Monday through Friday, unfortunately we are not offering delivery during the weekend at this time but pick-up options are still available.

When should I order?

We always encourage you to place your order as soon as possible, this way if you have any changes to your order they can be easily accomplished. Our deadlines for placing orders are 48 hours before your event date or for Weekend events, the Wednesday before.

If the event date is Monday, order by 5pm the Friday Prior.
If the event date is Tuesday, order by 2pm the Saturday Prior.
If the event date is Wednesday, order by 5pm the Monday Prior.
If the event date is Thursday, order by 5pm the Tuesday Prior.
If the event date is Friday, order by 5pm the Wednesday Prior.
If the event date is Saturday, order by 5pm the Wednesday Prior.
If the event date is Sunday, order by 5pm the Wednesday Prior.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order. However, some items like our Entrées do require a minimum portion count.

Do you offer items for Dietary Restrictions?

Yes, we do! We offer Gluten-free (GF), Dairy-Free (DF), Vegetarian (VE), and Vegan (VG) items! Any item marked by GF, DF, VE, or VG on our menu is respectively restricted.

Please note, that because we are a facility that works with both gluten and dairy we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination, though we do take all necessary precautions to reduce that risk.

What sandwiches come in the Assorted Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps Platter?

Our Assorted Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps Platter can be found in the Sandwiches & Wraps category. They are a combination of some of our most popular sandwiches. However it is the Chef’s choice which sandwiches go with your order. If you needed a special order sandwich like a Vegetarian (VE) sandwich, we can make an accommodation. But we cannot pick individually which sandwich is provided. Please refer to our Sandwiches & Wraps category to get a better idea of what kind of sandwiches will come with your assorted sandwich platter.

How early or late can I pick up my order?

The earliest time to pick up your order is 8:00 AM and the latest is 5:00PM. If you were looking to pick up your order any earlier or later in the day please give us a call at 203-655-2077 ext. 1 for accommodation. We would be happy to ask our kitchen if it would be possible to accomplish your request.
If you would like to pick up your order more than 24 hours in advance, we will need to check our kitchen’s production schedule to see if it’s possible to do so.
