Meatballs

This Palmer family recipe is a no-brainer for those busy week nights—i’s quick, easy AND delicious. Try it with your family’s favorite pasta, or simply enjoy with a side salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Round
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup fresh Romano, finely grated
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together

2. Scoop (we recommend using an ice cream scooper) to portion out meatballs.

3. Sear each side of the meatballs in a hot pan.

4. Cover meatballs in marinara sauce and cook 1 hour.

5. Cool meatballs and enjoy!
