YIELD:
Varies
PREP TIME:
40+ minutes depending on prep
1. Baby Back Ribs rinsed and dried.
2. Sprinkle ribs generously with Stubbs and rub in.
3. Wrap tightly in heavy duty aluminum foil. Wait at least 20 min before cooking, this let’s the meat absorb the flavors.
4. You can do this the night before and place in fridge overnight.
5. Grill in the foil using a rib rack on low heat, no more than 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Turn once.
6. Remove from foil and continue grilling for another 30 minutes glazing with your favorite BBQ Sauce every 10 min. I prefer Stubbs Sweet Sticky.
7. Turn frequently not to burn the sauce.
8. Add more sauce to flavor after carving.
