Tucked into the back of Palmer’s you’ll find a gorgeous Parisian style bakery complete with crystal chandeliers and pink granite counter tops. We specialize in weddings, cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies and artisan breads–all made from scratch! We are locally renowned for our cakes, which are touted for being “as delicious as they look”. Our talented team of cake decorators at Palmer’s come with years of experience and an abundance of creative ideas.
Palmer’s house made pastries include pies, cookies, tarts, cannoli and more. The menu changes seasonally but we do offer our favorites year round, like our coconut macaroons, cranberry scones, caramel pecan brownies and chocolate cream pie. The angel food cake with the crispy sugar topping is NOT to be missed!
Customizable dessert bars are a great way to get your guests out of their seats after a long meal. We recommend choosing 8–10 different desserts to create a bountiful spread. The result is a decadent table that no one will be able to resist. We handle all of the details; linens, cake stands, signage, display pieces and flowers.
In addition to Palmer’s full line of breads and rolls we bake in house every morning, we bring in some of the finest artisan breads from other local bakeries in Connecticut and New York City. Customer favorites include Wave Hill Breads, Michelina’s in Danbury, Eli’s, Amy’s and Balthazar out of Manhattan.
