Our bakery makes an extensive line of handmade seasonal tarts, pies, cookies, pastries, and desserts that are available daily in-store and for pre-order online. The menu changes seasonally, but we do offer our favorites year-round, like our coconut macaroons, cranberry scones, tiramisu, angel food cake, and creme brulee. Breads & Rolls
In addition to Palmer’s full line of breads and rolls we bake in house every morning, we bring in some of the finest artisan breads from other local bakeries in Connecticut and New York City. Customer favorites include Wave Hill Breads, Michelina’s in Danbury, Eli’s, Amy’s and Balthazar out of Manhattan.
