Megan Palmer challenged our Master Butchers Mark and Divone to come up with the perfect burger blend.
To make the perfect burger, you have to start with the best ingredients. This means Certified Premium All Natural USDA Choice Beef, which we grind fresh, in house, several times per day.
All of our burgers are hand packed and our Best Burgers are no exception!
After our Master Butchers created their “secret blends” we sent them to the kitchen for the perfect grilling!
Our team of “expert judges” (members of the Palmer’s Team), joined us in a blind tasting. You can see, we took our jobs very seriously! We had to grade each burger on taste, texture, juiciness and overall good looks. We pondered the build-ability, color and shape each burger cooked into. It was an intense discussion of flavor-forwardness, all while trying to guess what each burger was made of.
In the end, we had a winner we all agreed upon.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America with her Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts Degrees, Megan joined the family business and opened Palmer’s Bakery & Palmer’s Catering. She is now the Managing Director of Palmer’s Market. Megan loves cooking & entertaining, dancing, gardening, skiing, and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband.
