Our chefs have been testing and tasting new recipes for this year’s Thanksgiving menu and it’s better than ever! Of course, we still have all of your traditional favorites like my great grandmother’s Cranberry Orange Relish and our creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, but we also have some new dishes that you’re sure to love.
A few of my favorite dishes include our Chestnut Stuffing which is loaded with caramelized fennel, crispy pancetta and dried cherries and YOU CAN’T miss our fabulous Turkey Wellington. We take a boneless turkey breast, fill it with a cranberry bacon stuffing, top it with a Wild Mushroom Duxelle and wrap the whole thing up in buttery flaky puff pastry. YUM!

Sweeten up your Thanksgiving with our scratch made desserts! You’ll have a hard time beating our hand-made all butter pie shells brimming with delicious fillings like local apple, maple pecan, spiced pumpkin and cherry.
