How do I place a Thanksgiving order?

Place your order online 24/7 through our Thanksgiving menu, or call 203-655-2077 during office hours. Orders must be placed by Friday, November 20 at 5 PM.

Where do I pick up my Thanksgiving order?

Pick up Wednesday, November 25 at Palmer’s Market in Darien. Follow signs to the white tent in our main parking lot and arrive during your selected pickup window. Fresh turkeys are picked up separately inside at the Meat Department.

Can I order from the everyday Gourmet-to-Go menu during Thanksgiving week?

Our everyday Gourmet-to-Go menu will be unavailable for pickups November 23–27 while our kitchen focuses on Thanksgiving orders. Please order from our dedicated Thanksgiving menu for November 25 pickup.

Can I change or cancel my Thanksgiving order?

Order changes are accepted through Friday, November 20 at 5 PM. Cancellations are accepted without penalty through Monday, November 23. Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable.

Are Thanksgiving turkeys fresh or frozen?

We offer four fresh, raw turkey selections available for preorder and pickup at Palmer’s Market.

Do Thanksgiving dishes come with reheating instructions?

Yes! All dishes intended to be served hot come with easy-to-follow reheating instructions so you can enjoy them fresh and warm at home.

Can I order just a few sides or desserts?

Absolutely! Choose your Thanksgiving favorites, including appetizers, sides, and scratch-made desserts. There’s no need to order a complete meal.
